Bulk Email Software

It has an intelligent Address book to make it easy to find names and/or email addresses.  The address book can also store street addresses, phone, fax, comments, website address, dates etc...  IMPORTANT:  Upon uploading into the address book, it automatically dedups (eliminates duplicate email addresses).

You pick the emails in the address book one at a time, or groups at a time.   Do you want to send to a group except for a few people in it, well you can.

It is easy to import your bulk email lists into our bulk email software with just a couple clicks of your mouse.  


As I said earlier it can handle both HTML and Text type emails message formats.  (HTML is a fancy email, looks like a nice Word document or a nice webpage, Text is just text like what you get in Notepad).

You can also send your entire Web Page in your mail message.


Details:

When you create your HTML message, the software will simultaneously prepare a plain-text message alternative for your campaign or it can be created separately and both HTML and text can be tied into any email list. When you send out your emails this way, the people that can view HTML messages will see your message as HTML. If they have a preference set to not use HTML then your email will be shown automatically in plain text!



Personalized Email Delivery

You can have it display the person name in the email anywhere you want.  This makes it more personal and more likely the person won't just delete your email.   You can say:  Hello &first name. And the email will automatically fill in the persons first name - if you have the first name in your address book. 

You have a PREVIEW option to see what the email will look like before its sent.

Works on Windows computers  It is designed to conveniently distribute emails to large mailing lists in sizes up to 50,000 recipients per group. Doesn't work with Mac or Linux.

High Speed delivery.

Mail merge capability.

Gives you instant statistics on whether the email was delivered or not.  You can even schedule a specific date/time for it to send your emails (you don't have to be in front of your computer using this option).

When your first starting out using the software:

• Make sure you have 3-4 or more email addresses of your own to test with.

• Create a .txt file using Notepad and input these email addresses, one line per address

• Set up the software using the same SMTP settings as your email provider has you use in Outlook (smtp is your outgoing email settings).  

• I have Comcast email.   I use the same settings in this software as I have setup in Outlook for my Comcast's SMTP settings for my email.

• Import the small test file with your 3-4 email address

• Create just a small text email (don't worry about HTML yet)

• Try sending it.

• Sorry, but I don't do any training and the software works well.  Its a professional grade software so it might take a little work to learn how to send emails, but start simple as I pointed out here.
