How to put an ICON in the browser's URL

Steps:

1) Create an icon of your own
(its really any image that is 16 bit x 16 bit in size, but saved as a .ico)
(you can even take any image you already have, resize it and change file type to .ico)
2) Insert the following text inside your website's html code right after your <html><head>

3) Of course also change the www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com to be your own website's name.
