What is the Installation Wizard?

The Installation Wizard is the first screen you will see when you run this program. This wizard will walk you through a series of three tests to check on your installation of this software.

Note: You will only be permitted to proceed from one page of the wizard to the next if the test conducted on that page is passed. By the time you reach the end of the wizard the software should be properly installed.

These screens are completely self explainitory and contain explicit instructions for fixing any problems that may be detected. These instructions are different depending on the operating system the software is running on so you should be able to correct any problems.

Note: Over the past two years (the length of time this software has been available) fully 90% of our technical support incidents have been related to the issues that this wizard attempts to detect. This wizard attempts to alliviate these problem by presenting exact instructions for configuring your web server to allow the software to run properly.
