Adding Notes to Events and To Do List Items The Note Add Form allows you to attach notes to an event. The creator or owner of the event may specify the Note Access Level for each event on the Event Edit screen. This screen is very simple. Just enter your notes and press Submit. The next time the event is displayed a Note Icon will appear next the event's subject. Pressing this icon will open the notes for review. Notes are not editable. You may attach notes or remove notes. You may not edit previously attached notes. For this reason you may want to edit the note before hand in a separate editor and then cut/paste the final note into the event. The currently logged in user (if any) and the date and time are recorded with each note. These items are also not editable. Notes for Repeating Events When adding notes to repeating events an additional checkbox is displayed on this screen so that you may specify that the note you are adding should apply to this single occurrence of the repeating event only (as opposed to every occurrence of the repeater as is the default).
