(None of the following are a protected class of people.  I don't even meet people to show the place if they are one of the following, that way no one can say I discriminated against a protected class.   Before even showing the property or even before I meet anyone I ask a few questions to screen out the following types of people).
No applications
from these people:

  • Felons conviction on your record  (if it hasn't been expunged)

  • Have a gross misdemeanor conviction on your record  (if not expunged)

  • Have a misdemeanor conviction on your record (if not expunged)

  • Democrats.
Especially Democrats who support Obama or Hilary Clinton.  Democrats lie to get their point across, democrats use emotion instead of logic and facts, especially when talking about gun control.  Hilary Clinton should be in jail awaiting her court case after she is charged with several felonies.  The Clinton foundation took money from bad people while Hilary was Secretary of State, her email server criminal acts of deleting emails which are evidence, having her own server etc....

  • Anyone that smokes pot (marijuana still a 'federal' crime).   Scientists have created an EXTRACT from marijuana that can be used for medicinal purposes.  This means you don't have to smoke it to get the medical benefits anymore, you can just take the extract.

  • Illegal aliens.   If you are an illegal alien (or) even if you have EVER been an illegal alien I will not rent to you even if you are now legal (the fact that you were an illegal alien at one time proves to me that you don't care about the law).  If you worked in the US while an illegal alien means you provided false information to get that job which means I could never trust you even if you are now legal.  Ever being an illegal alien is a criminal act and especially if you used a stolen SSN (social security number) number to work, open a bank account, take US government assistance, drive on our roads etc....

  • Smokers.  The apartment for rent is totally non-smoking (no smoking even outside because others use the same entrance/exits).  You can't smoke the electronic cigarettes either because they contain nicotine in the vapors.  And I don't allow smoking because it ruins the property with the smell.  Smokers have higher rate of causing fires than a non smoking household.  Lastly second hand smoke KILLS.

  • Anyone that believes in Sharia law.  Anyone who supports Sharia law means they do not believe in FULL woman's rights.  I will not rent to anyone  that believe that women do not have the right to go out in public by herself, right to vote, right to drive, right to talk to anyone the woman wants to, or have to cover their face.

  • I read an article that the Obama administration is saying I can not discriminate against anyone because of their criminal convictions.   Obama is wrong, I can and I do.    Criminal convictions is not a protected class of people and I do not take applications from this group of people.  I don't know their race because I haven't even met them yet.  If they said they didn't have a conviction while talking on the telephone when setting up the showing, and I find out they actually do, then I turn them down for lying and having a conviction.
