Deleting Users

You may delete users by clicking the delete icon from the User Manager. Please see that help file for more information.

Like all deleted items, deleted users are not completely removed until you take the Remove Deleted Users command.

You may not delete the Registration or SUPER User or the admin user for site licensees (these user ids do not even have a delete icon).

Events submitted by deleted user remain in the event database. You may manually remove events submitted by deleted users by using the Delete Events command and searching for the user name in the submitter field. You will have to do this for each calendar to which the user may have submitted events.
